Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion, cucumber and tomatoes.
  2. Place quinoa, seeds and the veggies in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Serve with freshly chopped coriander.
