Nothing says summer more than the English classic - potato salad! The ultimate side dish for any BBQ, picnic or dinner party.

Ingredients

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add potatoes and bring to the boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the largest potato is tender in the centre. Once cooked, drain the potatoes and set aside to cool.
  2. Whilst the potatoes are cooking, take a a separate bowl and combine milk, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and sugar.Mix together and set aside.
  3. Chop the red onion ( and any other veggies you might want to add) and the rosemary.
  4. Once the potatoes have cooled down slightly, cut them in halves and transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over potatoes and add all the chopped vegetables and herbs and mustard seeds. Mix thoroughly to the help break up the potatoes and thicken up the dressing.
  6. Sprinkle over a few more sprigs of rosemary and it's ready to serve!
