Ingredients

almonds 250g (soaked overnight and drained)
- salt ½ tsp

extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
- lemon juice 2 tbsp

- 50 ml of water

Directions
- In the kitchen blender, blend all the ingredients.
- Toast the bread. Spread the cream on top of it.
- Top with sliced radish, peas and chives.
