Ingredients
- 120g Blanched Almonds
- 150g Pitted Dates
- 100g Shredded Coconut
- 3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Place the dates in a bowl with hot water and let them soften for around 10 minutes.
- Take the now moist dates and put them in a food processor along with the almonds, cocoa powder, coconut milk, salt, vanilla extract and half the shredded coconut. Pulse until a sticky texture forms.
- Wet your hands and take small chunks of the mixture, then roll them into 10 little balls.
- Once you have made the balls, place the remaining shredded coconut in a small bowl and roll the bliss balls until evenly coated.
- Enjoy immediately or place in the fridge for half an hour before serving to let the balls get firmer.
