Zutaten
- 3 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Zubereitung
- Mix all the ingredients. Use for gingerbread cookies, cakes, and sweet desserts. Store in a jar for 6 months.
