Avocado chocolate mousse

15 minutesYummy healthy dessert! This delicious chocolate mousse is made with avocado instead of cream.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 ripe bananas
-
100g melted dark chocolate or 2 tbsp alkalised cocoa
-
½ tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a medium size bowl, add peeled avocado and bananas. Blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate, pinch of salt, vanilla and mix all the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Serve with fresh berries!
