Ingredients
- 2 Cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 Cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender
- Pulse or Blend until preferred consistency is accquired
- Serve into your favourite tumbler
- Let sit for a few minutes (this allows the chia seeds to work their magic)
- Enjoy the delicious and refreshing smoothie!
