Ingredients
- pumpkin (cubes)
- onion (chopped)
- garlic

organic ground nutmeg
- water

organic ground ginger
- salt

extra virgin olive oil

cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a medium size pot, add a bit of olive oil, chopped onion and garlic.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Add pumpkin, water, salt and cook for 20-30 min until soft.
- Add ginger, nutmeg and blend using a blender until smooth.
- Serve with topped with a sprinkle of olive oil and cracked black pepper.
