King Soba Organic Buckwheat Ramen is made with 100% organic buckwheat.
Highly nutritious, this ramen is a great source of slow release carbohydrate and easily digestible proteins. An excellent alternative to wheat products while being a thoroughly satisfying meal with miso, vegetables, tofu or meat.

To prepare: Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles and reduce to medium heat. Gently separate noodles with a fork. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
