Easy and quick buckwheat pancakes! A perfect healthy breakfast option for the whole family!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, put flour, eggs or egg replacer, milk, baking soda, pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients until the batter becomes smooth.
  2. Add oil and mix everything together.
  3. Fry on a hot pan. Flip the pancakes and fry on the both sides.
  4. Serve with yoghurt, fruits, nuts, seeds, almond butter or peanut butter.
