If you haven’t tried nooch popcorn yet…it is high time you should. Popcorn is such an easy stovetop recipe to make.

  1. In a large round food container, one that has a lid, add the nutritional yeast and salt
  2. Mix
  3. Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan
  4. Add in a few kernels
  5. Once these begin to pop, add in more kernels until the bottom of the pan is evenly coated in them.
  6. Cover the saucepan and shake until all kernels are covered in oil
  7. Once the kernels start popping make sure to give the saucepan a good shake every 15 seconds or so. (This ensures all kernels will pop whilst preventing any burning from occurring)
  8. After nearly all the kernels have been popped, transfer the popped corn into the food container.
  9. Place the lid on and shake the container until the popcorn is completely covered in nutritional yeast and salt. (for about 5-10 seconds)
  10. Remove the lid and enjoy!
