Ingredients

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan using medium heat.
  2. Mash the tofu right in the pan with a fork. You can also crumble it into the pan with your hands.
  3. Cook it for a few minutes until the water from the tofu is mostly gone. You can also press tofu (with a tofu press) before cooking it to remove all the excess water.
  4. Add spices to the pan and mix with tofu.
  5. In a small bowl, mix milk and chickpea flour into a thick liquid batter.
  6. Pour the mixture over the tofu, mix quickly and cook for a minute.
  7. Serve it immediately!
  8. Tip: Serve it on a sourdough toast and mashed avocado, topped with chopped green onions! Enjoy!
