Ingredients
- plant based milk 1 cup
- boiling water 1 cup

dark agave 2-3 tsp

organic ashwagandha powder 1-2 tsp
-
true cinnamon 1 tsp

organic star anise 2

black tea 1 bag

organic cinnamon stick 1
Directions
- Prepare boiling water. In a small pot, make the black tea infusion with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
- Warm up the plant-based milk (don’t boil it).
- Add agave (as much as you like) and cinnamon to the tea and stir.
- Add milk to the tea and mix. Enjoy hot, sprinkled with some extra cinnamon.
