Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the seeds: In a large bowl, combine the golden flax seeds, warm water, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, salt, dried rosemary, and cracked black pepper. Stir everything together, then let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes to help the flax seeds absorb the water and gel together.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with 1 tablespoon (about 15ml) of olive oil. Spread the seed mixture evenly over the parchment, pressing it into a thin layer. Brush another tablespoon of olive oil over the top.
- Bake the crackers for 25-35 minutes, depending on how thin you spread the mixture. (Mine took about 33 minutes.)
- Check occasionally to ensure they don’t burn, especially at the edges.
- Cool and break: Remove the sheet from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cool, break them into pieces.
