Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut
The range: Morgiel organic plain and carrot sauerkraut (680g), Biona golden turmeric and ruby red (350g), and Clearspring Bio Kitchen organic kraut (360g).
Honest ingredients: cabbage, sea salt and time – sometimes caraway, juniper, beetroot or turmeric. No vinegar shortcuts, preservatives or added sugar.
Raw and live: unpasteurised, so the natural cultures that support gut health survive to the jar.
Pile it on hot dogs and burgers, add crunch to sandwiches, or serve beside a winter stew. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
