Fresh walnuts in every cut and grade, from certified organic halves to value baking quarters, in pack sizes from 250g to 10kg. Walnuts are naturally rich in plant omega-3 (ALA) and provide up to 15.2g of protein per 100g, making them an easy everyday source of protein for snacking and baking alike.
Find the right walnut
- Organic Walnut Halves — big, intact certified organic halves for decorating cakes, cheeseboards and gifting
- Light Walnuts – 80% Halves — the paler premium colour grade, mostly whole halves at a friendlier price
- Organic Light Walnut Pieces — the same organic kernels in pieces, at a lower price per kilo for baking
- Light Broken Walnuts (Quarters) — the value baking grade for batters, granola and sauces
- Stock & Bite value packs — organic halves 750g, light 80% halves 750g, quarters 1kg and organic light pieces 1kg
- Organic Walnuts – Raw Gorilla 1kg — the premium 1kg option
- Organic Raw Walnut Butter 700g — walnuts ready-blended for spreading, sauces and smoothies
Choose halves when appearance matters — cake decoration, cheeseboards and gifts — and pieces or quarters when the nuts are being chopped or blended anyway, as they cost less per kilo. Store walnuts in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and move opened packs to an airtight container to keep them fresh.

Walnuts FAQs
What's the difference between halves, pieces and quarters? They're the same walnut in different sizes. Halves are the largest and best-looking for serving and decoration, pieces and quarters are smaller and cheaper per kilo, ideal for baking, granola and sauces where appearance doesn't matter.
What does "light" walnut mean? It refers to the colour grade. Light walnuts are paler and milder, considered the premium grade, while darker walnuts are slightly more bitter. Both are perfectly good to eat.
Are walnuts good for you? They're one of the best plant sources of omega-3 (ALA) and provide protein and healthy fats. A small handful a day is an easy way to work them into your diet.
How should I store walnuts? Keep them cool, dry and out of sunlight, and seal them in an airtight container once opened. Because of their oils they can turn rancid over time, so the fridge or freezer keeps them fresh for longer.
