Cada vez que tengas una calabaza entre manos, lo único que querrás preparar son estas pipas tostadas. ¡De miedo, pero en el buen sentido!

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Pumpkin Seeds Raw
- 4 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Cups of water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan.
- Scoop out the pumpkins guts.
- Place in a colander and run under water to rinse and separate the seeds from the rest of the pumpkin guts.
- Measure out pumpkin seeds per half cup, add into a large pot.
- Add 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot for every half cup of pumpkin seeds.
- Bring water to a boil, let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove seeds from heat and use a sieve to drain the water.
- In a large bowl add the boiled pumpkin seeds, olive oil and salt. Mix to coat all pumpkin seeds thoroughly.
- Spread out seeds thinly over a baking tray
- Bake until seeds begin to brown 5-20 minutes.Depending on seed size and heat from your oven your cooking time may vary.
- Keep an eye on the pumpkin seeds so they don't become over cooked.
- Once nicely browned, remove pan from the oven and let cool completely before eating.
- Enjoy!
