Dried Fruit
The range: juicy apricots and figs, classic raisins and sultanas, dates, prunes, tropical mango and more – one of our most popular collections, so stock turns over fast and arrives fresh.
Organic and everyday options: certified organic, or conventional at a lower price.
In the kitchen: chopped into porridge for slow-release energy, soaked for naturally sweetened bakes, tossed into Moroccan couscous, or eaten by the handful.
Dried Fruit FAQs
Is dried fruit good for you?
It's a concentrated source of fibre, potassium and antioxidants. Because the natural sugars are concentrated too, a small handful makes a sensible portion.
Does your dried fruit contain added sugar?
No – ours is dried without sugar syrups or synthetic additives, so the sweetness is the fruit's own.
How long does dried fruit keep?
Stored airtight in a cool, dry cupboard, most dried fruit keeps for several months. Refrigerate it to extend its life further.
