Aquafaba meringue ghosts

Ingredients
-
aquafaba
- cream of tartar
- melted chocolate (for faces)
- sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat the aquafaba.
- Add cream of tartar, a pinch of salt a continue to beat until fluffy. It will become white and fluffy just like egg whites.
- Add sugar and mix until perfectly smooth.
- Using a piping bag, pour your mixture on a baking tray (use baking paper) creating shapes of tiny ghosts.
- Heat up oven to 180C.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- When ready, take them out of the oven and let them to cool down completely.
- Using melted chocolate, paint eyes and opened mouth on your ghosts.
