Dentifrice DE
La terre de diatomées peut être utilisée pour améliorer l'hygiène dentaire tout en conservant une routine de brossage courte.
Ingredients
- Diatomaceous Earth
- Toothpaste
- Activated Charcoal
Directions
- Wet your toothbrush
- Dip the toothbrush bristles in DE
- Add your toothpaste on top and brush as usual
- Take a small container with a lid that seals tightly
- Add about a teaspoon of DE into the container
- Slowly add in toothpaste
- Mix until mixture is completely combined
- Brush your teeth with DE enhanced toothpaste
- Take a small container with a lid that seals tightly
- Add about a tablespoon of DE into the container
- Add 3 parts activated charcoal powder into the container
- Optional- A few drops of edible peppermint oil
- Mix until completely combined
- Wet toothbrush
- Dip toothbrush bristles in the mixture
- Brush teeth as usual
