Ingredients
- 250ml Almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
- 1- 2 Handfuls of Spinach
- 1 Banana (peeled and frozen)
- 1 Medjoul Date (pitted)
- Fruit of your choice, think mango, pineapple, berries etc
- 2 tbsp. Hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp. Nut Butter
- 1 tsp. Chia Seeds (optional)
Directions
- Take all your ingredients and place in a high powered blender and blend until creamy and smooth. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit. If it's too thick, add water or almond milk until you get the desired consistency.
- Sprinkle some chia seeds over the top of your smoothie for added crunch and protein (optional)
- Serve immediately or freeze to enjoy later. Although we think smoothies are best when fresh!
