Salade de roquette avec du fromage bleu sans produits laitiers et des noix

Nous avons opté pour du fromage sans lactose, du sirop d'agave à la place du miel et de la levure maltée à la place du parmesan. Le goût est identique à celui de la version originale. Un vrai délice !

Rocket salad with dairy-free blue cheese and walnuts

15 minutesCrisp and perfectly balanced! This salad features crunchy walnuts and dairy-free blue cheese for the ultimate flavour and texture-packed bite. Quick, fresh, and completely dairy-free!

Ingredients
- 1 bag of rocked salad
- 1 pear

olive oli 2 tbsp
-
1 blue cheese (plant-based)
-
1 cup of walnuts
- agave 2 tbsp
-
vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt
-
black pepper
- nutritional yeast 2 tbsp
Directions
- Divide the rocket salad into 2 portions. Assembly on a plate.
- Cut the pear in small cubes. Add on top of rocket salad.
- Cut the vegan blue cheese in small cubes. Add them on top of the salad.
- Add walnut halves.
- Dressing: mix olive oil, salt, pepper, agave, vinegar in a jar. (Shake well!)
- Pour the dressing over your salad. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Alternatively, you can add the nutritional yeast to the dressing, and mix it with other ingredients.
