Jasmine Rice

  • Organic jasmine white rice: the classic – for Thai curries, stir-fries and everyday bowls.

  • Organic jasmine brown rice: the wholegrain version with the fragrance intact and more fibre, in standard packs and 1.5kg Stock & Prep value bags.

  • Organic red jasmine rice: a striking russet wholegrain with a nuttier character.

Rinse, use slightly less water than for basmati, and let it steam off the heat for ten minutes – the texture should be soft and just clinging.
