Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
Mince: organic soya mince, plus natural and dark TVP mince – the dark version brings a deeper, beefier colour to bolognese and chilli.
Chunks: organic soya chunks, including 550g Stock & Prep value packs – for curries, stews and kebab-style skewers.
Soak in hot stock for 5–10 minutes (the flavour of the liquid is the flavour of the TVP), then cook as you would mince or chunks of meat.
