Tempeh
Organic original tempeh: from Biona (400g), Yakso (175g) and Impulse (200g) – the classic for marinating and frying.
Impulse flavoured varieties: chickpea & chia seed, hemp, black turtle bean and sea veg tempeh – different bases, different characters.
Slice it thin, marinate in soy sauce, garlic and smoked paprika, then pan-fry until golden – for stir-fries, sandwiches, bowls and a convincing plant-based bacon. A complete protein with fibre that tofu doesn't have.
