Ingredients
- 40g Oats
- 120 ml Oat Milk ( or any plant milk of your choice - can be sweetened or unsweetened)
- 2-3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Drizzle of Maple Syrup
- Fruit of your choice - blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raisins
- Walnuts
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Directions
- Grab a mason jar or small bowl, and add the milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup and stir them together.
- Pour in the oats, make sure it is all well mixed and the oats have been fully covered by the milk.
- Cover with a lid or secure seal and pop in the fridge overnight to soak.
- In the morning you can enjoy the oats hot or cold. If you prefer them hot, just pop in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add the toppings - fruit, walnuts, cinnamon and another drizzle of maple syrup.
- Enjoy! They should keep for 2-3 days in the fridge but we think they taste best the morning after.
