Ingredients
- 4-5 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Golden Cane Sugar
- 6-8 Lemons - 1 1/2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Citric Acid
- Bunch of Mint or Spearmint
- Seltzer or Club soda
Directions
- Top off with a seltzer or a club soda
- Serve with ice thinly sliced lemons and fresh mint
- Stir in the Citric Acid for that extra sour kick
- Add 2 1/2 more cups of water and stir again (Add more water if mixture is too sweet)
- Squeeze lemon juice into sugary water mixture and stir
- Stir until sugar has dissolved completely
- Combine sugar with 2 cups of lukewarm water
