Crumble aux poires, graines de lin et noix

Ingredients
- 4 large pears
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tsp organic ground ginger
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 brown sugar
- 2 tbsp organic ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted plant-based butter
- 4 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190C. Cut the pears into small cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix the pears, vanilla, ginger and maple syrup.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, chopped walnuts, ground flaxseed, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the coconut oil or butter into the mixture and use your hands to combine all the ingredients until it looks like crumbs.
- Prepare you baking dishes. Add 1 cup of the pears into each of the dishes.
- Top with the crumble topping. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until the crumble topping becomes golden brown and you can see bubbles of juice coming through it.
