How to use them

Toast raw seeds dry for two minutes to wake the flavour, scatter over soups, salads and porridge, bake into bread and flapjacks, or blend into pesto. Most sizes come in resealable, kerbside-recyclable pouches; bulk trade sacks run to 25kg, and WFE Club members get trade pricing.
