How to use chia
Chia pudding: 3 tablespoons to 250ml liquid, ten minutes. Chia egg for vegan baking: 1 tablespoon seeds, 3 tablespoons water. Or stir into jams as a natural thickener, sprinkle dry over yoghurt, and keep to around 15g (a heaped tablespoon) a day. Store cool, dark and airtight.
